Bring The Heat

I love hot, spicy foods, so its not surprising that ingesting cayenne daily is like water to a fish for me.  Cayenne pepper has many important benefits, so here are a few I’d like to share with you. hopefully you’ll find this beneficial.  For one it helps produce saliva, which helps with digestion, it also prevents blood clots by clearing away lipid deposits in the blood vessels.  Cayenne provides detox support, relieves joint and nerve pain because it reduces the chemical that carries pain massages to the brain, supports weight loss because it reduces appetite, treats psoriasis when used topically in cream form,  fights cold and flu, and has the ability to kill fungus.  I’ve just highlighted few of the many benefits of cayenne pepper, so hopefully this makes you curious enough to do more research on your own.
