Use the right oils
Eating properly doesn’t have to be a chore. All it takes is proper planning. What is in your food is just as important as what you eat. We can eat sweet potatoes that have plenty of good nutrients but add the sugar and olive oil and you have taken a healthy food and made it unhealthier. Cooking at home is the best way to know what is in your food, but with our busy lifestyles we may need to eat out from time to time. Either way, using the right oils is the foundation to your meal. What oils should you use?
Here is a list of the only oils we recommend consuming:
Unrefined Coconut oil (if you prefer to not have the smell and taste of coconut use the refined oil)
Avocado oil (500 degrees average temperature)
Lard, Beef Tallo (rendered fat) Butter
First cold pressed extra virgin Olive Oil (only up to 125 degrees, better used without heat)
